The venue is equipped with facilities to accommodate individuals with accessibility needs.
If you or any of your guests have accessibility issues that make it difficult to navigate long distances, we recommend utilising the designated drop-off area near the entrance of the venue (Entrance A). Please review the map for parking details.
There are both Accessible seating and Wheelchair-access seating within the hall. These specific seats can be selected when purchasing tickets.
There is a lift at the ground level of the Snow Concert Hall.
Accessible seating in Row ZZ is accessed via the lift to the Lower-Ground Level.
For Accessible seating in Row A, please make contact with an usher who will happily escort you to your seat.
